Bug Description
During estop32, Claude introduced a Unicode regex defect while rewriting a code-node snippet, then confidently described it as a pre-existing latent defect. A later release review showed that the defect was self-inflicted. The same review also found a deterministic n8n routing outage caused by a missing alwaysOutputData setting, despite Claude previously reporting the implementation complete with 1260/1261 tests passing. Claude should compare defects against the baseline commit before attributing provenance, and should require execution-level graph testing for optional zero-result n8n nodes before declaring a workflow complete or ready for release.
