[Bug] Left arrow hotkey fails to return to agent view when mashing button

Bug Description
sometimes the left arrow hotkey to return to agent view doesnt do that despite mashing the button and the 'do it again' message appears without the 'ill do this after the next task completes' (because its already backgrounded)
