[Feature Request] Restore Opus context awareness and reasoning quality from two weeks ago

Bug Description
This isn't a bug. You did something about two weeks ago, and Opus started acting up on trivial things. It became like Deepseek, which required a highly precise description of the order of actions before it could do anything close to what was expected. Opus now often requires the same approach - describe each task in much greater detail and edit it 10 times. It stopped noticing existing algorithms and adjacent code, quickly loses the thread of a conversation, and doesn't pay attention to what happened 10 minutes ago. It's no longer feeling cool, and now you're tempted to use other AI agents.
