[BUG] Stuck in a Loop of 429 Errors of type 1113

What's Wrong?

When i try to use Claude code from terminal or vs code extension, claude only responds with this error: 429 {"type":"error","error":{"type":"1113","message":"Insufficient balance or no resource package.
Please recharge."},"request_id":"202510091744123546de24396949b8"}.
I using subscription Pro plan with fresh quota. This started yesterday after the update.
Whats wrong?

What Should Happen?

Claude should respond normally to my request instead of always returning the API Error.

Steps to Reproduce

In my case I don't do anything out of normal, just open the claude code and make a request, the response is always the error.
