[Bug] API Error: 500 Internal Server Error with certain prompt prefixes

Bug Description
My prompt was " okay let's resolve 2211 while we're here so we can solve OTPs for good" and I tried it 4 times, each time an "API Error: 500 Internal server error". I dropped the word "okay" at the beginning of the prompt and it immediately worked fine.
