What's Wrong?

Environment

Client: claude.ai/code (web app)
Two projects open in the sidebar: cofee-frontend-automation and astrolaabh-ops-automation (a newer sibling project)
Both repos have a project-local skill at .claude/skills/get-context/SKILL.md — same skill name (get-context), intentionally similar structure, but different content (different product, different conventions)

Actual: The skill executes with Base directory for this skill: /home/sandra/cofee-frontend-automation/.claude/skills/get-context — running the other project's get-context verbatim, inside a session that is otherwise correctly scoped (terminal and project badge both correct).

What Should Happen?

The skill should load from the currently open project's own .claude/skills/get-context/SKILL.md.

Error Messages/Logs

Steps to Reproduce

Open a session scoped to astrolaabh-ops-automation (confirmed via the embedded terminal: pwd correctly shows astrolaabh-ops-automation, and the session's project badge in the UI also shows astrolaabh-ops-automation).
Type / in the chat input. The picker lists get-context (and other same-named skills) with a description that is clearly from the other project (mentions cofee-web, cofee-frontend-automation, END_POINTS/RTK queries — none of which apply to astrolaabh-ops-automation).
Invoke /get-context anyway.
