[BUG] Conversation ID 215475654509312 Cannot log in to Pro Account

What's Wrong?

I cannot log in to my account on any browser. I am currently logged in to my Pro plan account on my Claude app on my iphone only.

I cannot log in using any Laptop browser (my laptop or any laptop i never used before) or even on the iphone browser or ipad browser.

What I have tried

1. I cleared all the cookies and all the history
2. I used an incognito in private browser page
3. I used a totally different browser
4. checked google account in unlinked
5. I switch off WiFi and used my Verizon 5G hot spot
6. I used a totally new device I have never used before with a totally different browser
7. I used a totally different wifi connection

None of them work.

What happens is that when I sign using my email , I receive an email with a sign in button. When I press the sign in button it takes me that browser, I tried logging into and says “Create new account” photo attached. Trying all the above 6 things I listed returns with the same result.

Nothing at all seems to break that loop / curse on my account.

I would appreciate if you could help.

What Should Happen?

It should verify and log me in !

Steps to Reproduce

1. I login in using my email
2. receive email verification on my email (currently logged in on my iphone as a pro account, paid in full for a year)
3. i press "sign in" on the email i just received
4. takes me to the browser and tries to verify but fails and tells me to create a new account
