[Bug] Session limit reached prematurely; automatic session resumption after reset

Bug Description
Firstly, my session limit was hit within minutes of starting my first session for the day - feel free to check my user logs. So, that's a fail imo. Probably a Fable 5.1 token accounting bug? Secondly, a colleague who hit their limit on their work session (this is my personal session here), came back after the reset to find it continuing automatically. I'm on the latest version as of this morning (2.1.258) and it hasn't continued. Sad feels bruv!
