[Feature Request] Local sessions need readable identifiers in ListAgents and self-identification

Bug Description
The gap you've found is real

There's no way to name a local session something memorable, and no way to see your own name. Cloud and Remote Control sessions get their conversation title in ListAgents; local terminal ones get an opaque hash. So for the parallel-sessions case you have to identify peers by start time and working directory, then message them to confirm — exactly the awkward dance we just did.

If it's worth raising, /feedback sends it to Anthropic. The concrete asks would be: expose the conversation title for local sessions in ListAgents, and give a session a way to see its own name.
