[BUG] ECONNRESET repeatedly drops interactive sessions after several minutes of active work (macOS, v2.1.251)

What's Wrong?

Environment*

• macOS (M1 MacBook)
• Claude Code CLI v2.1.251
• Login method: Claude Pro account (confirmed via /status)
• Session kind: interactive, local socket (uds:/tmp/cc-socks/...)
• No VPN, no local proxy — confirmed direct connection to api.anthropic.com

Description
Claude Code CLI repeatedly drops with ECONNRESET mid-task after several minutes of active work (typically 5-7 min), across multiple networks (home Wi-Fi and cellular hotspot), with retries eventually exhausting after up to 10 attempts.

Timeline of occurrences

• 7:50 PM — dropped after 6m 2s working
• 9:22 PM — dropped after 5m 44s working
• 9:28 PM — dropped after 5m 47s working
• Recurring intermittently on subsequent days

What Should Happen?

Already ruled out

• Billing/credits (confirmed via direct curl to API — clean structured response; auth confirmed as Pro account, not API key)
• Network-specific cause (identical failure on home Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot)
• Proxy/env misconfig (no ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL override, no local proxy in request path)
• No active incident listed on status.claude.com at time of failures

Additional note
/bug feedback command also failed with "Couldn't send feedback (couldn't reach the service)."

Impact
Repeated loss of session progress/work time; billing impact given Pro plan usage.
