[Feature Request] Allow mid-session model/effort changes and context clearing for workflow automation

Bug Description
Let the current session to change model and effort as well as clearing the context. I use long running chain of skills in a workflow pattern. It would be great to let the workflow adjust the model and effort depending on complexity. Similarly there are points on my workflow where a fresh context would help, I suppose it is slightly trickier, as context.clear tool call should have next prompt as a parameter, but it simplifies such workflows greatly. I appreciate both can be confusing for some users, so why not place them behind an opt-in toggle? The more generic ask would be exposing an API for agent to manipulate running claude code sessions of course. Example is how herdr exposes such an API. What I am asking maybe done through that route, but native support in Claude Code would be simpler. Thank you.
