[Feature Request] Restore prompt navigation/jump-to-prompt functionality in CLI

Bug Description
hey so their is a feature missing or its a bug idk
so the jumping option of prompts to prompts is gone
so i when its done at bottom i cant jump directly to top of the prompt where it started so i have to scroll carefully all the way to top and checkout is this where my prompt was started earlier their was a 1 line prompt on the CC cli window where normally it would work and auto scroll down but if i clicked on that 1 line it would take me to my last prompt
and if i am on my last prompt it then gave option to go to the prompt above me
