[Feature Request] Add graceful restart mechanism for agent teams without losing connections

Bug Description
i keep seeing "Update installed · Restart to update", but quitting my session and doing claude --resume is expensive (manual operation)... PLUS, in agent team setup i fear the leader would lose its connection to its agents, can we get a /restart that a team leader could even send to its teammate when they're idle?
