The docs say:

To gracefully end a teammate’s session, refer to it by name. For example, with a teammate named researcher:

Ask the researcher teammate to shut down
The lead sends a shutdown request. The teammate can approve, exiting gracefully, or reject with an explanation.

What's Wrong or Missing?

First of all, the agents often reply that they cannot shutdown themselves.
I always use the TaskStop tool instead in my skills.

Also, the simple example from the docs causes this:

Suggested Improvement

Probably it must be fixed in the code, not in the docs.
