Feature request: lightweight ๐/๐ acknowledgment on assistant messages (not just model feedback)

- [x] This is a single feature request (not multiple features)
Problem Statement
As a heavy daily Claude Code user (web/iPhone sessions), many assistant messages are status updates or FYI info that don't need a typed reply โ but I often want to acknowledge them: "got it," "heck yes," "good job." Right now the only way is typing a message, which costs a full turn and interrupts work in progress.
Request: a small thumbs-up / thumbs-down (or emoji react) affordance on each assistant message โ ideally per-message, even better per-paragraph โ that (a) lets the user acknowledge without composing a message, and (b) is visible to the model as lightweight feedback ("user acknowledged / approved this") so it knows the message landed without needing a reply.
This is different from the existing model-quality feedback thumbs: it's conversational acknowledgment, like message reactions in iMessage/Slack. It would reduce round-trips and make long working sessions (builds, deploys, monitoring) feel much more natural.
Proposed Solution
Request: a small thumbs-up / thumbs-down (or emoji react) affordance on each assistant message โ ideally per-message, even better per-paragraph โ that (a) lets the user acknowledge without composing a message, and (b) is visible to the model as lightweight feedback ("user acknowledged / approved this") so it knows the message landed without needing a reply.
