[BUG] Mouse wheel scrolls input history instead of conversation log

What's Wrong?

In claude code cli, scrolling with the mouse wheel currently cycles through command history in the input field.

What Should Happen?

it should scroll the conversation log. Please adjust so that mouse scrolling controls the conversation view, not the input history.

Steps to Reproduce

1. open the conversation by "claude"
2. back to Agent View using left arrow(<-)
3. enter to any conversation
4. scoll mouse
