[BUG] Editing a prompt in Notepad via CTRL+g stops Claude Code from working unless i save and close the notepad.

What's Wrong?

I was editing a prompt in my notepad and it took me 30 minutes and when i opened claude code it was halted the entire time. it wasted 30 minutes of my life.

What Should Happen?

It should keep on working in the background instead of halting.

Steps to Reproduce

1. give a task to claude code
2. write a prompt to it as it is working but dont press enter
3. press ctrl+g to edit that prompt in notepad.
4. claude code wont resume unless you save and close that notepad.
