You've hit your session limit · resets 10:20pm (Asia/Karachi)
Bug Description
I’m extremely frustrated with this. I’m a paying Pro subscriber, and I opened Claude Code, typed claude to start a session, and my usage limit was immediately reported as exhausted — before I had even sent a meaningful prompt or done any work.
How is this acceptable for a paid plan?
I understand that usage limits exist, but consuming the entire available quota essentially upon starting a session is completely disproportionate. If Claude Code performed background processing or consumed usage for some reason, I expect that to be clearly explained rather than simply telling me that my limit has been reached.
I’m paying for this service specifically to use Claude Code, so I expect my paid usage to be accurately tracked and transparently accounted for.
Please review my account usage logs and tell me exactly what consumed my quota. I want a specific explanation, not a generic response about usage limits.
If this was caused by a bug, unexpected background usage, or an incorrect usage calculation, I expect it to be investigated and my usage to be restored appropriately.
This is a paid service, and I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the usage I’m paying for to actually be available and accurately measured.
