Just going to paste from Claude app
I'd stop troubleshooting this blind and file the bug report now: https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/new?labels=bug,claude-in-chrome — mention that the extension installs and shows active in Chrome, the desktop app and Cowork session are both signed into [sales@firstcallinks.co.uk](mailto:sales@firstcallinks.co.uk), and it never connects even after reinstall and a full computer restart. That gives Anthropic's team something concrete to look at rather than us guessing further.
Any ideas how to get it to connect?
