[Feature Request] Add Linux support for Desktop app, Computer Use, and Dispatch on Fedora/RPM

Bug Description
Feature request: first-class Linux support for Desktop, Computer Use, and Dispatch — Fedora / RPM. Setup: Fedora 44, Wayland. Daily driver is the Claude Code CLI plus the VS Code extension. Paid seat, Team plan (I'm the org admin). The desktop app ships only as a .deb for Ubuntu/Debian, and the Linux beta explicitly excludes Computer Use. That combination locks Linux users out of two features entirely, not just one: 1. Dispatch. It requires the desktop app plus Computer Use, so it is unreachable on Fedora by construction. This is the feature I actually want — assigning a task from my phone and having it run against my real desktop session is exactly the gap between "chat" and "gets the job done". 2. The local-folder bridge in Cowork. Without the desktop app there is no way to expose a local directory to a cloud session, so files can only move by manual upload or through third-party connectors. That also means scheduled tasks touching local files are impossible for me — the one case where Remote Control cannot substitute, since it needs my machine awake and a live process. Remote Control is a good stopgap and I run it with auto-connect on every session, but it is session-scoped and machine-bound by design. Asks, in priority order: - Computer Use on Linux (this is what unblocks Dispatch) - An RPM package or a Flatpak for Fedora/RHEL - Failing both: a headless way to attach a local folder to a Cowork cloud session without the desktop app — a CLI daemon would be enough Happy to test pre-release builds on Fedora.
