[Bug] Sessions missing from /resume list despite existing local JSONL files

Bug Description
Many of my previous Claude Code sessions have disappeared from the /resume list and cannot be found by searching /resume, even though their JSONL session files still exist locally in C:\Users\vmava\.claude\projects\. I have confirmed the conversations are not deleted. I can find the missing sessions by searching the local JSONL files, obtain their session UUIDs, and successfully resume some of them directly by UUID. For example, I recovered a very large 763k-token session this way. This appears to be a /resume session discovery or indexing problem, possibly related to project/folder paths changing. Please investigate why existing local sessions are not being displayed or searchable in /resume.
