[Bug] Fable 5 safeguards trigger unexpectedly with insufficient error context

Bug Description
Fable 5's safeguards can be triggered VERY easily, and it's hard to understand why, because it gives you no meaningful information. I tried to remove all kinds of suspicious things from CLAUDE.md and from the memories. I used Opus 5 for this, but with no luck. I instructed Fable to write iPhone Simulator tests and database tests. It does all kinds of tricks, like resetting dates in the DB to understand the timing in our algorithms. I guess this is judged as some kind of threat. At the moment, Fable is unusable for me. I suggest no longer offering it — it interrupts work and costs time and money for no reason.
