[Bug] Anthropic API Error: Fable Insufficient Permissions for Security Research Use Case

Bug Description
Why can't I use Fable for security scans? I was authorized on prior Opus models and am a security researcher for an L1 blockchain. I want to use your tools, but am being prevented. Is there any way to request this functionality?
