[BUG] some text (in the middle) disappears when you scroll up while claude code produces text

What's Wrong?

When you use Claude code for more than just coding, and it produces long stories, and you scroll up while he's producing more text, some text in the middle of the history can disappear.

What Should Happen?

historical output should stay available in the terminal intact.

2. Scroll while he's still producing stuff.
