[BUG] my message text is stuck in the claude code desktop app when i scroll.

What's Wrong?

Whenever i type in a prompt to claude desktop, I get the message stuck in the UI. I scroll and it stays there and limits my view of what's happening in Claude Code. There's essentially a rendering bug where a message pins to viewport and scrolls with the page, persists across reload, cache clear, session delete, and new chats.

What Should Happen?

I'm hoping for it to be normal where the message doesnt stay scrolling with me

I dont know how I can force anyone to reproduce the bug since i have no reason to believe someone else has a stuck UI chat message.
