Anthropic API Billing: Persistent Model Access Restriction

Bug Description
Still can'T use my paid Opus in CLaude code. Second day it says it will reset at 5pm, its been two days now! !  Claude usage limit reached. Your limit will reset at 5pm (Europe/Berlin).
