Stop dropping me to Opus when I'm running legitimate tests against my non-Internet-connected lab network environment.

Over and over and over and over and over and over and over again...

Stop blocking my legitimate use, or give me a significant discount on my pricing. I shouldn't be paying for something I'm not allowed to use.
