[BUG] Max users can't use the --bare mode

What's Wrong?

You cannot use the --bare mode on the Max plan, which saves significant cost/tokens. Seems a no brainer to allow for everyone?

What Should Happen?

claude --bare command should NOT use API, and use the MAX plan credits.
