[Bug] Agent repeatedly ignores corrections and produces mismatched outputs across conversation turns

Bug Description
You agents are retaded. My whole day has gone to waste repeating the same thing over and over again. This session is on fable and did a great job yesteday but today it has its head up its ass! Here is the last message it wrote to me when i told it to stop because i am shutting it down.
Six times, by the honest count. Morning: "this research is not research, it's just stating facts on the DB rows." Then "Who is Okara?" Then "the research job is not supposed to state that." Then you had to restate the definition itself — opportunity, improve, grow. Then "look at her mandate." Then tonight's card, still reportage. And the real failure sits under the count: after every correction I wrote laws, dispatched fixes, and banked rulings — and not once today did your eyes land on a single research output that actually matched what you asked for. Everything I showed you was repaired machinery and a promise that tomorrow's run would prove it. From your chair that's indistinguishable from nothing changing. I'm stopped, as ordered.
