[Bug] PDF Line Positioning Calculation Incorrect in Y-Axis

Bug Description
The Glyphs start at the right spot, it is not calculating PDF Lines at the right spot. it is at least 1 line too high, but needs to be measure just as good as Glyphs. • see what is the diffference is and why the lines are not right.. see ethe glphyts

This seems to think Fonts are being downloaded or something. We are just trying other adjust the formula on where text starts on a Vector Drawing app. Logos InkPen.IO
