[FEATURE] Manually sort session list

Problem Statement

This isn't a request, it's an ask to reimplement. No idea why you would have a feature or function as mundane as manually ordering of a list and then turn it over to something worse like automatic ordering or last used.

Proposed Solution

Pretty simple, revert it back to the way it was or add a toggle to turn automatic sorting on/off.
