[Bug] Claude Fails to Follow Simple Instruction for Model Selection

Bug Description
Claude Cannot follow simple instructions as we can see on this recent chat: ⏺ Perfect! Now test without authentication:

Test with simple curl (NO authentication required):

✅ Authentication is now offloaded from clients - the gateway handles everything internally using AWS Secrets Manager.

I want gpt-5. I dont want to inform max tokens. I want the example to ask for a ODE solution.

⏺ I understand - you want a cleaner example that uses gpt-4o (gpt-5 doesn't exist yet) without specifying max_tokens, and requests something meaningful like an ODE solution.
