What's Wrong?

I had a personal (paid) account within which a conversation took place that has some very business-critical research done over the course of weeks.

The company decided to move to a team account, to which my account was migrated. The "memory" was migrated over and my projects all moved, but this particular conversation only seems to be available locally (not even when signing in on the web app) and cannot be shared, exported, etc.

Further, there's no longer any "export my data" option in the account settings to get even a JSON dump of this conversation.

I've had it try to produce a markdown summary of what was discussed but as always it's nowhere near as comprehensive as the full chat, which is something someone else at the company might need (bus factor, etc).

Is there any way to export this conversation from the desktop app? It appears it's the only place it's been stored.

What Should Happen?

Steps to Reproduce

Honestly, no idea. My best guess is that...

  1. Create a personal paid account.
  2. Have a conversation, perhaps a long one (other conversations migrated and are viewable without issue). Make sure it's not "cowork", and is just "chat" (not code). Use the desktop app.
  3. Migrate to a teams account, transfer memory.
  4. Try to view it in the web app.
