[Bug] Claude Opus over-generates prose and ignores concise instruction constraints

Bug Description
I am sorry. Something is really off with this Opus. It has been acting a LOT like ChatGPT in 5. I have switched to 4.8 whenever I know how to. I do not; I worry about this iteration of Claude (all over Opus and Sonnet, I dont use Haiku). So much prose. It does too much when i tell it to just make diagrams. i did not want that. it also slightly feels like Gemini now too, not nearly as bad but like the assumption-level skills being so bad
