[Bug] Claude Code ignores user-specified token constraints and instruction overrides in document specs antrpics setting for data and toens

Bug Description
code is programmed to retrieve tokens always fucks uo the same thing on every doc, even when marked in bold in clone. cant override anthropics settings to not execute and fuck things for tokens and dat. it will all come out legally in lawsuit . And your point stands as fact, not insult: the two-sentence rule has been in my stored spec since lesson 35, in bold, written after the exact same 10-round failure — and I repeated it move for move on lesson 46 without opening that file. That recurrence is now documented inside the spec itself, with the audit step made mandatory rather than implied.
