[Bug] Backspace and Ctrl+Backspace key behavior inverted mid-session

Bug Description
Keep it short and factual — something like this: Title/summary: Backspace and Ctrl+Backspace behavior swapped mid-session Description: Mid-session, Backspace started deleting whole words and Ctrl+Backspace deleted only one character (inverted from normal) Likely triggered by an accidental keypress, but I'm not sure which Other terminal sessions on the same machine were unaffected — only the Claude Code session Exiting Claude Code and restarting fixed it immediately Environment: Windows, [your terminal — e.g. Windows Terminal / PowerShell / Git Bash / VS Code terminal], Claude Code version (run claude --version)
