Bug Description
I am not sure if it due to my shell, or the latest Claude Code, but I do not seem to be able to use CTRL + BACKSPACE to delete words. I use this quite a bit so that I can delete a pile of words at once to restate what i'm thinking and/or fix some data I am giving ot Cluade after lookig through debug data.

WOuld love to have this work again as I tired this both in Windows Terminal and back in PowerShell. When I did this direclty in PowerShell it worked great. But now Winows Terminal to PowerShell neither one work with CTRL + BACKSPACE.

Would love to ahve this back: Note: I will also confirm that using PowerSHell diretion - not via Windows Termal to then PowerShell allows CTRL + BACKSAPCE to work.
