Add a setting to hide the "Create PR" suggestion button

Every time a task finishes, the UI shows a "Create PR" suggestion button. I'd like to turn this off but couldn't find any setting for it — I checked both the in-app preferences and the local config files (~/Library/Application Support/Claude/config.json, Preferences, etc.) and found no related option.

Could you add a setting to hide/disable this suggestion button?
