Feature request: option to hide the Create PR bar in desktop app

Summary

The Claude Code desktop app shows a persistent "Create PR" bar/banner when working on a branch with commits ahead of main (or in a worktree). There is currently no way to dismiss or disable it.

Request

Please add a setting (in settings.json or via /config) to hide or disable the Create PR bar for users who prefer to create PRs manually (e.g. via gh pr create) or who simply don't want this UI element.

Use case

• Users who manage PRs through their own workflow/scripts
• Users who find the persistent bar visually distracting
• Worktree-heavy workflows where the bar appears frequently
