[BUG] "DB storage not supported" on every query

Bug Description

Any prompt with claude currently returns DB storage not supported after first set of tool uses in first task.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude
2. Enter any prompt
3. Wait till it finishes

Expected Behavior

No errors during work

Actual Behavior

DB storage not supported message returned during Task
