[Feature Request] Add command to query current session ID in running CLI

Bug Description
I would very much like to be able to query the CLI to determine the current session ID. For example, when I exit the CLI, I see a line like this: Resume this session with:
claude --resume <redacted> What I'm requesting is the ability to query a running session with a command line to output that same session ID. This helps me a great deal. Thank you.
