[Bug] Log4Shell probe string in file content triggers connection reset instead of safeguard message

Bug Description
v2.1.233, Windows, a single benign application log line containing a Log4Shell probe string, read via the Read tool, resets the connection deterministically across Fable 5 and Sonnet 5, rather than returning the documented safeguards message. That false-positive shape — a sysadmin analysing their own server logs, which necessarily contain attack traffic — is a legitimate use case, and the misleading error class is the more valuable half of the report.
