[BUG] app crashing in windows, continuously. tells to repair, but it says cannot repair

What's Wrong?

using claude code app in wondows 11. it suddenly closes. when i try to open it , it says repair. when i try to repair, it says cant repair.
i uninstalled the app, reinstalled, restarted laptop etc. still same.
app opens for a minutes and then crashes again

it should not crash
