[Bug] Scroll Navigation Causes Unintended Lines Removal in CLI Interface

Bug Description
/mcp command on scroll up/down removes multiple lines per moving cursor from CLI, even content printed before the claude command was entered.
As an example, you start claude and run /mcp. In my case, I have 2 MCPs. When I click down or up buttons, it removes 2 or 3 lines from the CLI output before the > /mcp line.
