CLI context/session status differs from Desktop app (MCP warning, weekly limit, session info)

Running Claude Code CLI and Desktop app side by side, status info does not match:
- CLI shows
⚠ 1 MCP server needs authentication · run /mcp— Desktop app does not show the same warning / shows a different state. - Weekly usage limit — visible on one surface, missing or different on the other. Would like consistent limit display across both.
- Current session info (context data) — differs between CLI and Desktop for what appears to be the same account/session.
Expected: session/usage/MCP status stays consistent across CLI and Desktop, or — if they intentionally differ (e.g. separate MCP configs per surface) — docs should explain why.
Environment: macOS (Darwin 25.5.0), Claude Code CLI + Desktop app.
