[Feature Request] Improve Claude Opus reasoning focus and task prioritization for coding tasks

Bug Description
Opus 5 continues to make huge mistakes on coding and analysis. He gets derailed and goes down rabit holes in search of problems that don't exist are so small compared with the big problems he was asked to solve. Honestly I may have to switch to OpenAI ChatGPT 5.6 Sol, if you cannot fix Opus 5
