[Bug] Push notifications not delivered when Claude Code terminal loses focus

Bug Description
Push notifications are not working via remote control. Confirmed that the phone is locked and that focus is removed from the laptop term serv window at time of send. Claude shows successful push on it's end. Claude notifications are enabled as time sensitive on my iphone. Confirmed latest version of Claude. Fails 100% of the time.
