Unreliable untrustworthy Claude Code Wasting time and effort. Dangerous to work with.

Bug Description

you can see it found that it didnt work the way it was given to work, left work half way thru and now finding out only. Claude Code unreliability and dangerous to work with.
This has been going on since 1 week now, it only apologizes, admits and makes the same mistakes again. not doing full assigned task given in full detail. leaves work in between. does not tell you it did not do the job. unreliable and untrustworthy for a real job.
