What happened
Running /auto-mode-setup prints its initial local-command output:

Gathering data and drafting your auto-mode setup; back soon

…and then nothing further ever happens. No setup draft, no error, no follow-up. Ran it twice in the same session with identical results.

Expected
The command should come back with the drafted auto-mode setup (or surface an error if it can't).

Context

• Session was inside a git worktree (.claude/worktrees/...) of a larger repo, mid-conversation.
• No custom auto-mode command exists in ~/.claude/commands, project .claude/commands, or installed plugins — this is the built-in command.
