[FEATURE] Allow access to claude.ai projects

Problem Statement

Claude-code (CC) is my main driver for doing stuff, but I do enjoy projects in the web UI as a way of organizing documents and planning stuff, potentially across several repos.

Currently, when working in-repo w/ CC I have no easy way to access those working conversations and documents.

Proposed Solution

Given that CC usage is tied to existing general purpose Claude.ai accounts, I'd like something like an /add-project command that gives the current session "cloud" access to documents and chats stored under a project banner in the Claude.ai UI.
